Four-legged Robot Dog

Electric Yak Quadruped Robot

The Electric Yak is a large heavy-duty quadruped bionic robot developed in China, featuring a maximum payload capacity of 160 kg and the ability to operate in challenging environments such as mountains, deserts, and rugged terrain where wheeled vehicles cannot easily access. Equipped with 12 sets of SEMOTOR high torque-density axial flux integrated joint modules, the robot delivers strong impact resistance, high reliability, and agile movement under heavy loads, making it suitable for outdoor transportation, emergency rescue, and inspection applications.

SEMOTOR Advantages

  • Ultra-High Torque Density
High torque-density axial flux joint motors provide powerful output and strong overload capability, enabling stable movement under heavy payloads and impact loads.
  • Lightweight Flat Design
The compact pancake-style axial flux motor structure saves valuable leg space while delivering high torque output without interfering with complex leg mechanisms.
  • High Efficiency
A wide high-efficiency operating range helps reduce power consumption and extend operating endurance during long-duration outdoor missions.
  • Integrated Joint Module
Motor, harmonic reducer, encoder, and driver integration reduces external wiring connections, improves vibration resistance, and enhances reliability in demanding environments.

Hanvon Security Inspection Robot Dog

Hanvon’s security inspection robot dog integrates a self-developed multi-modal perception system with visual, audio, and bionic olfactory detection capabilities for intelligent inspection. Equipped with SEMOTOR’s axial flux integrated joint modules, the robot achieves stable all-terrain mobility, autonomous navigation, and unattended operation, making it suitable for applications including chemical parks, industrial facilities, mining sites, and emergency monitoring.

SEMOTOR Advantages

  • High Torque Density & Lightweight Design
Compact pancake-style axial flux joint motors deliver strong torque output within limited space, enabling smooth walking, stair climbing, and stable motion.
  • Fast Dynamic Response
Excellent overload capability helps absorb impacts during uneven terrain movement, improving gait stability and reducing the risk of falls.
  • High Efficiency for Extended Inspection Missions
A wide high-efficiency operating range reduces energy consumption during long-duration patrol tasks, extending continuous operation time for autonomous inspection.
